From the menu bar select 'Tools',
then 'Accounts'. In the window that opens,
select the 'Mail' tab. |

Click 'Add' and then
select 'Mail'. |

Enter the name you want to appear
on outgoing e-mails from you. Example: John Smith or Mr
J Smith.Click 'Next'. |

Enter your Email address you
wish to add and click 'Next'. |

Type your ‘POP3 Mail
Server Name’ in the box provided, i.e. mail.yourdomain.co.uk |

Type your ‘SMTP Server
Name’ in then box provided, i.e. smtp.yourdomain.co.uk |

Please note that if you connect
to the internet through another ISP, the ‘SMTP
Server’ may need to set to your ISP’s
settings, i.e. smtp.btinternet.com Click ‘Next’. |

In the 'Account Name' field,
type in your Email Username. |

In the 'Password' field
enter your Email Password. |

Your Email address is now set
up in Outlook Express ready to send and receive
Email. |

Outlook Express has a great
deal of on-line help available by pressing F1 when
in the program. |
